Thank you for visiting us on line. We are celebrating 60 years of service on February 3, 2012. The owners of Hamlar-Curtis Funeral Home would like to thank all of their employees for their hard work and dedication. With their support, Hamlar-Curtis has provided consistent, quality service to Roanoke, Salem, Bedford, Lynchburg, Montogmery County and surrounding communities. Combined, we have more than 120 years of Licensed funeral-service experience.

We offer funeral and memorial services and a wide variety of other services such as cremations, ship outs and video tributes. We also now have the technology to send personalized sympathy cards to bereaved families from our brand-new, custom website.

In celebration of our 60 years, we are upgrading our services to enhance the Hamlar-Curtis experience. It is our desire to provide innovative ways to better serve our families and friends after the passing of their loved ones. We strive to tell each person's life-story to help ensure his or her legacy lives on after death.

During our anniversary, we feel it is important and necessary to thank you! You have continuously entrusted us to support you during your bereavement. Without you, we would not have survived the last five decades. We thank you!
